In line with the recent announcement regarding the incentive scheme for external contributors, the following clarifications are provided for the 50,000,000 IRR bonus granted for each accepted article authored entirely by external researchers (outside the University of Science and Technology of Mazandaran and the Editorial Board of A-SEE).
The financial letter will be issued immediately after final acceptance of the manuscript, and the payment will be processed within 2–3 weeks thereafter.
Upon acceptance, the corresponding author is requested to submit a formal letter including:
Full personal details
Bank account information with Sheba number
A copy of the National ID card or Birth Certificate
These documents must be sent directly to the Editorial Office of A-SEE.
The incentive will be transferred only to the corresponding author’s IRR account. It is not transferable to other co-authors.
An article is considered “external” if none of the authors are affiliated with the University of Science and Technology of Mazandaran or the Editorial Board of A-SEE.
The incentive is granted once per article and is paid to the corresponding author, regardless of the number of co-authors.
There is no limit on the number of eligible articles per author.
This incentive scheme is applicable only for the year 2025. Any extension beyond this period will be officially announced.
